Hi, I’m Elsie — the founder of Elsie Creatives & Co., and someone who has always found purpose in bringing order, clarity, and calm into busy spaces.

I grew up in a fast-moving family where there was always something happening: schedules to coordinate, papers to organize, plans to pull together, and the constant hum of life unfolding. As the oldest daughter, I naturally became the organizer — the one who could see the big picture, untangle the details, and keep everyone moving forward with intention.

A lot of my passion for this work comes from the people who shaped me.

My mom taught me what it looks like to lead with compassion, grit, and commitment.

My sister taught me patience, responsibility, and what it means to show up consistently for the people you care about.

And my boyfriend, Mikal, has been a steady source of encouragement throughout the past seven years — always reminding me to trust my strengths and go after the things I truly love.

Together, they’re a big part of my “why”: they showed me the value of support, presence, and intention — the same things I now provide for my clients.

Today, I’m building my business here in the Center of the Universe — Ashland, Virginia, where I live with Mikal and my sweet dog Maggie, who is almost always curled up beside me while I work. Though I’m based in Ashland, I support clients from anywhere, and I love helping business owners feel more grounded and more capable in their day-to-day.

I’m also working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, graduating in May 2026, and everything I learn only deepens my love for creating structure and clarity behind the scenes.
